The fix: release new definition updates, but keep the December 31, 2009 date. Why are the Security Content dates for Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) and Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) not progressing beyond 12/31/09?To ensure we retain the quality of the definitions during this period the SEP definitions are only being built once a day.

The latest ‘Proactive Threat Protection’ and ‘Network Threat Protection’ definitions were released in December 2009, and therefore will not show a January 2010 date.
